Dana first worked on the other side of the camera with Jigsaw Casting, a top commercial casting agency in Toronto. She learned a ton as a Casting Director, in the room helping actors connect with the material and briefs, and uses those skills and her 20+ years of acting experience and training to coach actors for important self tape auditions and live auditions.

Dana also works privately with students in person and on zoom.

Dana is a dedicated Improv Coach for individuals, duos and teams. She has coached with The Assembly, St. John’s Improv, Oakville Improv Theatre Company, The Bishop Strachan School and The National Ballet School of Canada, and was a facilitator and member of the festival ensemble for the 2023 Vancouver Improv Festival.
